Entry: All divisions: $155.00 (section 1)
Stabling: $ 50.00 (section 5)

1) ENTRIES: Entry fee includes $25 non-refundable office fee.
Double entries: Not accepted.
All BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.
Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25; After C.D.-Entry/Stable-No refund. Division changes - $20. Changes must be phoned in to sec’y, no messages, before 9 pm. Competition cancellation - no refund. Neg. Coggins required, with your entry, within 12 months for all horses.

2) TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE: Sat: Cross-country course open at 3:00 pm Sun: Dressage-7:30 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am; Cross-country-1:00 pm.

3) AWARDS: Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Kia Kaha memorial trophy will be presented to the low score adult rider in the novice division. If you wish to be considered for this award please include a copy of your amateur status card with you entry.

4) STARTING TIMES: Available on Area I site, www.area1usea.org. Enclose SASE if you wish them sent.

5) STABLING/VETERINARIAN: $50/stall/night. Limited stabling on grounds. Preference will be given to those competitors traveling the greatest distance. Limited stabling is also available off the grounds. Competitors stabling on grounds may arrive after 3pm on Friday. Unless stabling two nights the stall must be cleaned and vacated before 5pm on Saturday. Those competing on Sunday with stabling may arrive after 6pm on Saturday. Please be considerate of this time schedule to allow for Saturday traffic to make its way down our dirt road. Stall doors provided. Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase from secretary. Veterinarian: Dr. Jennifer Sula (603) 224-5615. # at sec'y's office.

6) ACCOMMODATIONS: Bunkhouse accommodations are available on the grounds; $30/night/person. Buffet dinner will be served in the camp kitchen between 6:00 and 7:30pm; all are welcome-$10/person. Zahn's Alphine Guest House - 7 mi., (603) 673-2324. Inn at Croched Mtn - 7 mi., (603) 588-6840. Jack Daniels - 10 mi., (603) 924-7548. Camping: (603) 487-5570.

7) DIRECTIONS: Address: 651 Dennison Pond Rd., Francestown, NH 03043.
From I-93: Take Rt. 101 west to Rt. 114 to Goffstown. Left onto Rt. 13 towards New Boston, in New Boston take Rt. 136, 4 miles on right is sign for Kingsbury Hill. Take this road (Dennison Pond Rd.) bear right at fork; continue uphill for another mile road will end at Kingsbury Hill.
From Rte. 3: Take exit 8 off of Rt. 3 onto Rt. 101A towards Milford. At Milford rotary turn right then straight ahead onto Rt. 13 to New Boston. In New Boston (same as above).

8) DRESSAGE: Test & arena sizes: T - 2006 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N - 2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN - 2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test-A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.

9) CROSS-COUNTRY: T - 2000 m @ 420 mpm. N - 2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN - 1600 m @ 350 mpm, 12 jumps @ 2'7". Terrain: Fields & woods. All courses: N-Average, for horses with some experience at this level. BN - Easy, good for first time at this level.

10) OTHER INFORMATION:
Cross-country course closed to schooling except on dates listed on Cross-country schooling. Levels further divided if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. NO DOGS ON GROUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS
